the hotel decor included quirky touches throughout. the location was very convenient for exploring local attractions. nearby parking made arrival and departure easy.

the room did not come with breakfast even though it is a b&b. the faulty window in my room wasn't completely shut. this made the room noisy and cold at night. the staff did not reply to my messages about the window issue.

The location was perfect, really close to everything. the room was super clean and stylish. accessing the room was straightforward and i really appreciated the smooth check-out process. the pillows were so comfy. I actually ordered some for my home!

the digital key took several attempts to scan before unlocking the door. this was a minor inconvenience.

The b&b is located right on the promenade. it is about a five minute walk to the tower. This makes it very convenient. it's a great base for exploring nearby attractions.

improper storageproblematic lock

the room lacked proper storage i had to request assistance from staff members who initially struggled to understand my needs they eventually provided a small metal safe the room was uncomfortably hot even with the window open i had to purchase a fan for relief the digital key and lock on my door were also problematic requiring multiple attempts to scan before unlocking the door

The room was very clean. The lady at check-in assisted with organizing a taxi. Extra touches included free coffee and cake. Personalized towels added a unique touch.

The stairwell was narrow and steep. It was a struggle with bags. There was only one teabag on the hospitality tray and it was not replenished. I found no staff visible after the cafe closed.
